Dr. Ramachandran is a passionate educator an has mentored several medical students, residents and fellows. The concept of this phone application was realized while she was a pediatric cardiology fellow and wished there were a hands on resource available which she could carry to the bedside while performing echos as a first year fellow during night shifts. She hopes that his phone app will provide an easy and hands on resource for beginners/ learners of congenital echo and hopes to get them a step closer to feeling confident while independently scanning patients. She is also indebted to all the faculty and the echo lab at Kentucky Children's Hospital who work very hard and strive for excellence in pediatric echocardiograms, She is also indebted to her alma mater institution Cincinnati Children's Hospital for her training in pediatric echocardiography.
